Week 1

Monday: We were mostly being introduced to each other, our teachers and certain area's around the school. As well as us being taught tone and how to use it properly in conversations.

Tuesday: We started off the day with Mr. Mark (one of our teachers) tought us about one point perspective as well as drawing specific shapes (mostly cubes) in part of our lesson. And our next class was us introdusing ourselves to the class as well as logging on to our computers and looking through previous works of students of years prior to get a sense of what we needed to prepare for.

Wednsday: We started off with learning about the internet (mostly social media) from Ma'am Zelda as in if you were to work for a company you'd need to have a presentable look as well as clean digital footprint. Later on we were going through the 12 animation priciples as well as having to explain them.

Thursday: Continuing from where we left off in perspective drawings, this time we had to do the same however with a bit more complex shapes to test our skill further. Afterwards we where going through what the internet in the general sense is as well branding.

Friday: We started the day off by watching a movie for film appreciation about a rather sad, depressing and unfortunate story called 'Requim for a Dream' where there after we were asked on our thoughts on the film as well as analyze it's story and message.

Week 5

 Monday : I focused on continuing my ice cream design and spent some time adding color using the pen tool. It was a good opportunity to refine the details and make sure everything was coming together visually. Later in the afternoon, we had to present our official concept sketches for the pendulum swing to our teacher. It was helpful to get feedback and see how everyone else approached the task as well. Tuesday : We started the day by handing in last week’s shading assignment to Mr. Mark. I took the chance to add a few final touches, since I wasn’t completely satisfied with my original version and wanted to improve it a bit more. Later in the evening, we were finally briefed on our official assignments for the week. These include the pendulum swing, the pen exercise, and an ice cream design (all of which are due on Friday). Week 3

Monday : We stareted the day of in digital literacy with designing an ice-cream cone using a specific color template/theme as well as showing the class our early sketch on what it will look like. Later we watched a documentary Dreaming is a natural part of sleep, typically occurring during the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stage. According to the documentary, scientists believe dreams serve several psychological and neurological functions. Potential explanations for why we dream include helping the brain process emotions, consolidate memories, simulate threats or challenges, and even enhance problem-solving abilities. The documentary highlights that dreaming may be the brain’s way of making sense of our experiences and preparing us for waking life. As we ended the day by giving our 'dream speaches'.
