Week 7

Monda y: Today I woke up in school and continued working on my pengilum as it was the final day we could submit it so I just decided to finnish some touch-up's before submitting it. As I was doing that we were also briefed on a new task we have to do based on designing a pizza. Later on we were in the audotorium discussing...something as unfortunetly I fell asleep and had to go back to the laboratory. Tuesday : We started the day off by continueing with our mechanical fish we had to complete by the end of the session. I finished rather early since I was already close to completing it last week and only decided to shade it with some touch-up's. Afterwards I was just chilling in my lab since and after our break I decided to start my official pizza design for the rest of the day, ending it off with my concept sketches for my boucing ball animation. Wednsday : We started with doing our Digital Literacy class working on different equations on Excel as well as continuing on Powerpoin...

Week 6

Monday : Public holiday Teusday : We finished off with our upsidedown drawing with Mr. Mark. We were working on our animation for the pengilum as well as getting news on the extended deadline for our official projects, but still had to had in our pen tool. Wednsday : We were working again on Powerpoint, but have to choose our topic, for instance I chose a topic focused on powerscaling in general. Not much to add, but we had a free period to work on our pengilum, this time I finally did my character design and had to add him in my animation. Thursday : We were handed another drawing task this time we had to copy another drawing to scale, however with the use of gridlines to help us. Later I finally got to actually animating my character for the pengilum swing and I decided to do so dangeling off a tree. Friday: It was movie day again and this time we watched ' Candyman ' (the 2021 version).

Week 5

Monday : I focused on continuing my ice cream design and spent some time adding color using the pen tool. It was a good opportunity to refine the details and make sure everything was coming together visually. Later in the afternoon, we had to present our official concept sketches for the pendulum swing to our teacher. It was helpful to get feedback and see how everyone else approached the task as well. Tuesday : We started the day by handing in last week’s shading assignment to Mr. Mark. I took the chance to add a few final touches, since I wasn’t completely satisfied with my original version and wanted to improve it a bit more. Later in the evening, we were finally briefed on our official assignments for the week. These include the pendulum swing, the pen exercise, and an ice cream design (all of which are due on Friday). It was a clear reminder that the week ahead is going to be a busy one. Wednsday : The morning started with us working on presentations on Powerpoint w...

Week 4

Monday :  We kicked off the week by going over some important guidelines for working in the school after hours—what’s allowed, what’s not, and how to stay safe and responsible. We also had a session on task management, where we learned how to organize our time and submit assignments properly. Toward the end of the day, we were introduced to a typing tool that we’ll be using throughout the week to improve our speed and accuracy. It was a productive start that helped set the tone for the days ahead. Tuesday :  The morning started with Mr. Mark and was all about exploring different shading techniques. We were introduced to a variety of methods and asked to practice them to see where our current skill level stands. It was a useful exercise that helped highlight what we need to improve. Later in the day, we had to show our teacher the progress we made on our pendulum swing animation. We also got some time to practice using another software, giving us more hands-on experience with d...

Week 3

Monday : We stareted the day of in digital literacy with designing an ice-cream cone using a specific color template/theme as well as showing the class our early sketch on what it will look like. Later we watched a documentary Dreaming is a natural part of sleep, typically occurring during the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stage. According to the documentary, scientists believe dreams serve several psychological and neurological functions. Potential explanations for why we dream include helping the brain process emotions, consolidate memories, simulate threats or challenges, and even enhance problem-solving abilities. The documentary highlights that dreaming may be the brain’s way of making sense of our experiences and preparing us for waking life. As we ended the day by giving our 'dream speaches'. Tuesday : We were at the auditorium signing more forums for the whole day as well as getting officially introduced to some of the staff and some of the new students comming in for tv pro...
